We produce two capsule lines — laundry capsules and dishwasher capsules — as three-chamber powder + liquid capsules in opaque, child-resistant doypacks. Both are available as private label (from 15,552 packs per SKU) or under our own Ice Fresh brand (from 990 packs).

Private Label or Ice Fresh?
Choose private label when you want capsules under your own trademark: you decide the formula positioning, fragrance, capsule colours, pack design and label languages, and the minimum order is 15,552 packs per SKU. Allow about one month for artwork and packaging printing plus 7 days for filling.
Choose Ice Fresh, our own brand, when you want a ready product with shorter lead times and a lower entry volume of 990 packs.
Single-chamber or three-chamber?
A single-chamber capsule holds one formulation in one compartment. A three-chamber capsule keeps separate components — in our standard capsules, powder and liquid phases — apart until the wash, and shows distinct colours on the shelf. Our five lines produce both formats, so the choice can follow your price point and market.

Which detergent capsules do you manufacture?
Laundry detergent capsules and automatic dishwasher capsules. Our standard capsules are three-chamber powder + liquid capsules; single-chamber capsules are also produced.
How many capsules are in a pack?
Our standard laundry pack holds 22 capsules and our dishwasher pack holds 30 capsules, both in opaque doypacks with a child-resistant closure.
How many packs fit in a container?
792 packs per pallet, 8,712 packs in a 20 ft container and 19,008 packs in a 40 ft container.
What is the minimum order?
15,552 packs per SKU for private label and 990 packs for Ice Fresh branded capsules.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples are free and we cover the courier cost for verified B2B buyers who have agreed pricing and commercial terms and need only a final product-quality approval. Samples are dispatched within 1–2 days.
Which documents come with the products?
SDS, TDS and a Certificate of Analysis, plus export documents: certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list.
