We use it to answer inquiries and manage B2B relationships, never sell it, and you can access or delete it at any time.

2. What data we collect
Information you send us
When you submit the quote or contact form we receive your name, company, business email address, country, product interest, project details and, if you provide it, your phone / WhatsApp number. If you email, call or message us, we also process the content of that correspondence.
Technical data recorded with a form submission
To protect the form against spam and to understand which page and campaign an inquiry came from, we store the IP address, browser and device type (user agent), browser language, the page the form was sent from, campaign parameters in the link (UTM tags) and the date and time of submission.
Website usage data
Our hosting and security providers process IP addresses and request data to deliver the website and defend it against attacks. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about the pages you view, your device, approximate location (city/country level), how you reached our site and whether you submitted a quote request. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
We do not collect special categories of personal data and we do not ask for payment details on this website.
3. Why we use your data and our legal bases
- Answering your inquiry and preparing quotes, samples and offers — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
- Managing our business relationship and customer records — performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in maintaining B2B relationships (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)).
- Website security and spam prevention (for example limiting repeated submissions from the same IP address) — our legitimate interest in keeping the site and our inbox safe (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- Analytics — to measure which content and campaigns generate inquiries. For visitors in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Türkiye we only use analytics cookies with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1)). In other regions analytics is enabled by default and you can opt out at any time.
- Legal obligations — keeping commercial and tax records required by law (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç)).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects, and we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum:
- cookie_consent (strictly necessary, 6 months) — remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies.
- _ga, _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics, up to 2 years) — distinguish visitors and sessions. Set only after your consent where consent is required.
- Security cookies set by Cloudflare (strictly necessary, short-lived) — help tell humans and bots apart.
- admin_session (strictly necessary) — used only when our own staff sign in to the site's administration area.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the website footer, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers when you visit the site.
5. Who we share data with
Your data is accessible only to authorised staff who need it to handle your request. We use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Hostinger — server hosting of the website and its database.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, DNS and protection against attacks.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics (only as described in section 3).
- Our business email and messaging providers, when we reply to you by email or WhatsApp.
Where needed to fulfil an order we may share necessary details with logistics and customs partners. We may also disclose data to professional advisers or to authorities when required by law.
6. International transfers
We are based in Türkiye, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. If you contact us from the EU/EEA or the UK, the data you send us is transferred to Türkiye because this is necessary to answer your request and prepare a contract with you (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)). Transfers to our service providers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Transfers from Türkiye abroad are carried out in line with Article 9 of KVKK.
7. How long we keep data
- Inquiries that do not lead to business: up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
- Customer and order records: for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires (generally up to 10 years).
- Submissions identified as spam: only as long as needed to review them.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
- Cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask again.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal).
- EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland: you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- Türkiye: you have the rights listed in Article 11 of KVKK and may apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) after contacting us.
- United States (for example California): you may request to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold. We do not sell or share personal information and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- Gulf countries (for example the UAE and Saudi Arabia): you have comparable rights under local data protection laws, which we honour on request.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] with the subject "Data protection request". We reply within one month (30 days under KVKK) and may ask you to confirm your identity.
9. Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to inquiries and customer records is limited to authorised staff through a password-protected administration area, and our providers apply industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
10. Children, changes and contact
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change; the "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
