Aden Kimya manufactures detergent capsules on five automatic lines — two three-chamber and three single-chamber — in a 10,000 m² covered facility in the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone, Turkey. Capacity is 15 million capsules per month, with 20,000 packs per day and an in-house QC laboratory.

Five Automatic Capsule Lines
Capsules are formed, filled and sealed on fully automatic lines. Two lines produce three-chamber capsules — our standard laundry and dishwasher capsules combine powder and liquid phases in separate chambers — and three lines produce single-chamber capsules.
Finished capsules are packed into opaque, child-resistant doypacks, palletised at 792 packs per pallet and stored in our 4,000 m² warehouse until loading.
